Clay Guida talks UFC Ultimate Fight Night

On January 25th UFN Fight Night 8 takes place in Hollywood, Florida. On the card former Strikeforce Champion Clay Guida takes on TUF vet Din Thomas. Clay fights out of Gilbert Grappling while Din out of American Top Team. In the ADCC News archives are multiple updates with both fighters.

Clay came to most people’s attention when he beat UFC vet Josh Thomson for the Strikeforce title in March of last year. That win was followed by a loss of that belt to Gilbert Melendez and a loss in Shooto to Yusuke Endo. Clay got his name back in contention when he beat Joe Martin in WEC in August and Clay made his successful UFC debut back in October when he submitted Justin James in the second round.
