Sparring With Randy Couture

Randy Couture and I went at it hard the other day at Legends. We sparred for like 13 hours straight!!!! Although he dominated me with his rubber guard for most of the afternoon, I did end up slamming him with a sweet double leg by early evening. It made the Frank Shamrock/Igor Zinoviev slam look like one of my guard flops from way back when I used to compete :)

That mutha fucka is tough as shit!
