Calvin Ayre Arrives for BodogFight Filming



TAMBOR, Costa Rica - Calvin Ayre arrived today on set for filming of Seasons 3 and 4 of BodogFight. The Bodog.com Entertainment founder and creator of the popular mixed martial arts reality TV show took the 25-minute flight from San Jose, the Costa Rican capital, to the Barcelo beach resort in Tambor. He will be on hand for a weekend of exciting fights, which will air at a later date.

More than 60 fighters are in the beautiful locale on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. The MMA athletes have spent a week training for the bouts, which will take place over three days.

Season 3 will follow BodogFight: St. Petersburg, which began airing this week on ION Television with a surprising upset of Yves Edwards by Mike Brown. BodogFight: St. Petersburg airs weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays on ION.
