James Lee Likely to Replace Nakamura

With Kazuhiro Nakamura falling off Saturday's PRIDE card because of a knee injury, the Japanese mixed martial arts promotion has scrambled to find a replacement for its Feb. 24 event in Las Vegas.

American James Lee will step in on short notice to fight Travis Wiuff, pending the former Gladiator Challenge and King of the Cage champion's medicals are cleared by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Sherdog.com has learned. The NSAC has already approved the bout between light heavyweights.

Lee (8-3-0, 1 NC) last fought in July 2006, losing by armbar to Tony Bonello in Australia.

**UPDATE** - His medicals have cleared, and the fight is on.
