Mosley Faces Young Collazo For WBC Title Tonight



LAS VEGAS (TICKER) -- At one time Sugar Shane Mosley was a young fighter looking up at the top. Now he wants the penthouse view to remain.

Mosley looks for his 44th career victory when he takes on Luis Collazo for the WBC interim welterweight title here Saturday at Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel.

A native of Lynwood California, Mosley (43-4-0, 37 KOs) returns to the division in which he was once champion after reviving his career with a pair of junior middleweight victories against Fernando Vargas.

Those wins were two of four over the past two years since the 35-year-old was beaten twice each by Winky Wright and Vernon Forrest between 2002-04 - Mosley's only four career losses.
