BJ Penn Seminar at Big John McCarthy's Ultimate Training Academy

BJ Penn will be at Big John McCarthy's Ultimate Training Academy on Saturday, March 17th for a 6 hour seminar. The seminar will focus on BJJ in the Gi for three hours and then three hours on MMA.
