Imperia Entertainment Casts UFC Fighter Mike Swick in Mixed Martial Arts Movie 'Never Submit'

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that it has cast UFC fighter Mike "Quick" Swick in a fighter role in the Mixed Martial Arts feature film, "Never Submit". "We are thrilled to have Mike join our cast of legendary fighters, who will be joined by seasoned actors in this first feature film surrounding the sport of mixed martial arts," said Kenneth Eade, Executive Producer. Imperia's casting director, Rosemary Welden, is currently in the process of making offers to name actors for anchor roles in the film.

ABOUT MIKE SWICK
Mike Swick was a fighter on the hit TV show, "The Ultimate Fighter: Season 1." After his success as a fighter on the show, he was granted a middleweight contract with the UFC. Mike lays claim to some of the quickest knockouts in MMA. His knockouts of Alex Schnoenauer and Gideon Ray were two of the faster knockouts in UFC History; thus his nickname, "Quick."

ABOUT "NEVER SUBMIT"
"Never Submit," starring Cam Gigandet, and star fighters Ken Shamrock, Josh Koscheck, Cung Le, Michael McDonald, Mauricio Shogun Rua, and Nate Quarry, is a movie set in the world of MMA. The performances will be a mix of nationally recognized actors and fighters. "Never Submit" is an inspirational tale similar to "Rocky," but the lead character is an intelligent young man (as are most fighters competing in this sport) rather than a beaten-down punch-drunk fighter. An amazing cast of characters will round out this film; each from different walks of life; each with his own set of circumstances and motivating factors driving him to be the best.
"Never Submit" is a metaphor describing the way these athletes live their lives.
