Tony de Souza back in Peru

Fighter to train in Cusco, at 3,400 meters above sea level

Tony de Souza is back in Peru. Today the fighter arrived in Lima, the Peruvian capital from where he will leave to Cusco. It is in the historic capital of the ancient Incan empire that Tony intends to train for his next challenge in the UFC, which should take place this June. In Cusco, Mendigo, the nickname by which he became famous in Brazil, will take advantage of the 3,400 meter altitude to improve his physical conditioning, besides train with other Peruvian martial arts specialists in order to recover from the defeat he suffered to Thiago Pitbull Alves at UFC 66, which took place last December.
