Top Rank wins in court again!

The U.S. Court of Appeals For the Ninth Circuit has denied Golden Boy's emergency motion for injunctive relief on grounds that Golden Boy did not demonstrate the possibility of irreparable harm or that the balance of hardship tipped in their favor. Bob Arum, Top Rank CEO, stated that "Golden Boy has been firing bullets wildly to stop the Manny Pacquiao vs. Jorge Solis world championship match at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, on April 14." Arum added "it's a disgrace that with all of the money he makes from fighting that De La Hoya would spend so much time and money to stop fighters from fighting. He is supposed to promote fights, not prohibit them."
