UFC star on Herald blog

Fans of “The Ultimate Fighter,” the UFC’s popular, reality program on Spike TV, are in for a treat, courtesy of the Herald’s Web site, www.bostonherald.com. Brockton native Joe Lauzon, a promising lightweight in the UFC, and a cast member on this season’s “TUF 5,” will provide insight and commentary in a weekly blog, which will run online immediately following each episode. This will be exclusive to bostonherald.com.

The show debuts tonight at 10 p.m. on Spike TV and will air every Thursday night for the next 15 weeks. Lauzon’s blog will be posted online after the show. Another local UFC fighter, Dover’s Kenny Florian, will also be in action tonight on Spike TV. Florian will go up against Japanese standout Dokonjonosuke Mishima in a live, televised card, at 8 p.m.
