Harrison still banned!

The downward spiral of former WBO featherweight champion Scott Harrison continued today when the troubled Scotsman failed to show up at a BBBC hearing. Harrison remains suspended from boxing in the UK until he resolves the issue. Harrison was in the hot seat to explain himself for pulling out of a December 9 world title defense against Nicky Cook just three days prior to the match. Harrison was incarcerated in a Spanish prison during much of the time he normally would have been training for that fight and was unable to make the weight.
