MMA and BJJ fighters use many training techniques to improve their games. Proper training (ground, stand up, etc), proper diet, and good sleeping habits are some of the key ingredients for success. Training, eating, and resting are all physical things. There are also metaphysical methods that a fighter may use to take them to the next level.
