Shogun might be at Pride 33

Rudimar: 'Negotiations underway'

Master Rudimar Fedrigo is happy about his team. After the inauguration of Chute Boxe's new academy in Curitiba, he already plans new battles at Pride 33, in American soil, on February 24th.

Wand is gonna fight at 93kg, but we are not exploiting a possible weight difference toward his opponent. He is very fast and strong, and focusing on knocking out Dan Henderson. He trained even in Los Angeles, with trainer Roberto Piccinini and fighter Jorge Oliveira, an athlete who always fights for Chute Boxe in the United States," Rudimar told GRACIEMAG.com. "Wand was even invited to dinner with director Edward Zwick, from 'The Last Samurai.' We went there and it was pretty cool, we exchanged ideas, but for now Wanderlei intends to continue to be a star only in the rings," the Chute Boxe leader joked.
