Last night’s, BodogFIGHT “St. Petersburg” installment yielded a draw between and British Columbia, Canada’s Tyler Jackson (7-3) and Russia’s Dmitry Samoilov (2-0) in its international bracket, leaving a question mark lingering as to who will advance onto April 14’s “Clash of the Nations” pay-per-view event at the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia. Sambo veteran Samoilov caught Jackson on multiple occasions on its feet with his greater reach, while Jackson had his moments as well on the mats.

The second welterweight offering pitted Jorge Masvidal (9-2) and Steve Berger (17-15-2) in the U.S. bracket, with Florida’s Masvidal outscoring Berger with takedowns for a unanimous decision.
