Lutter looks for gold at UFC 67

Travis Lutter has watched the same Anderson Silva over the past year mixed martial arts fans have seen.

The South Dakota native and Dallas resident saw how Silva, who is ranked No. 8 in the world pound-for-pound Top 10 list, wiped out Chris Leben with a nasty knockout punch on national TV in June

And he saw how the man known as The Spider stunned the MMA world with the thoroughness of his victory over Rich Franklin at UFC 64 in October, as he put on a Muay Thai clinic and claimed the middleweight championship in less than three minutes.

But where others might view Silva's performance as the makings of an unstoppable monster, Lutter sees an opening.
