The Beatdown - Rich Franklin Discusses UFC Return

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross are joined by Chuck Liddell's trainer John Hackleman and former UFC Middleweight champion Rich Franklin on the latest edition of "Beatdown" on the Sherdog Radio Network.

On Saturday night Franklin got back on the winning track against Jason MacDonald. The former middleweight champion talks about returning to the Octagon for the first time since his stoppage loss against Anderson Silva. Franklin discusses what mental hurdles he had to clear to win the bout as well as what it was like fighting in his home state.

Liddell had a tough morning last Thursday. On Good Morning Texas a local morning news program out of Dallas, the UFC light heavyweight champion looked groggy and out of touch. Chuck's trainer John Hackleman joins the show to talk about the champ's condition as he recovers from pnumonia.
