First Event Financials Signal Strong Trend

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 15, 2007 -- SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSPE) announced today the results of its first event.

SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc., organizers of "Art of War," the mixed-martial arts event at the American Airlines Center (Dallas) on March 9th, 2007, reported approximate gross revenue of $500,000. This is a combination of Live Gate, Sponsors, Merchandise and Media. The Company also stated that it had profit of approximately $150,000. SUN's revenues for the Dallas event were more than 60% greater than the average revenues per match of the International Fight League according to the financial information in the IFLI S-1 filing of February 12, 2007.

SUN competitor UFC (a privately held Company) recently posted a new North American attendance record at its March 3rd, 2007 event in Columbus, Ohio of 19,079 fans. According to MMA Weekly this event generated a live gate of $2,714,820. UFC has generated $222,766,000 in pay-per-view revenue in 2006 alone.

SUN CEO CJ Comu stated, "This is a great start towards our goal which is to provide quality, yet profitable fighting events each and every time.

"For SUN to draw a crowd of 6,722 (total attendance) for our first 'Art of War' event was beyond our expectations and certainly an indication that SUN is to be considered a serious player in the fast growing sport of mixed-martial arts. We are confident that we delivered a world-class event and from all indications the universal comments were -- when is the next event."

In the March 9th "Art of War" main event, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu legend and former UFC star, Pedro Rizzo, won the IFA World Heavyweight title by beating former Iowa State football player and UFC veteran, Justin Eilers, in an exciting main event. Rizzo and Eilers, both known as two of the best "strikers" in the game, battled throughout with Rizzo finally being declared the winner by unanimous decision.
