Interview with MMA Legend Frank Shamrock

Despite not being in today's most commonly known MMA organizations, Frank Shamrock's career is one of the most followed and criticized on the planet.

He has been called out, called names, and now called upon to fight by one of the hottest up and coming professional MMA organizations, EliteXC. This Saturday, February 10, Frank will attempt to put another Gracie's name in his "W" column. In Frank's EliteXC debut that will air on Showtime, he will be staring across the cage at MMA veteran Renzo Gracie. Despite his hectic schedule, Frank took time out to talk to MaxFightng.

Frank Shamrock: It's going fantastic. It's all done and I am ready to roll.
