Tommy Morrison wins his Comeback Fight

Returning to the ring after a false positive for HIV forced him out of the ring for 11 years, Tommy Morrison needed only till the second round to finish off John Castle on Thursday night at Mountaineer Racetrack and Gaming Resort.

The fight was scheduled to be four rounds and half way through the second round Morrison dropped Castle with a well timed left hook to the head. Castle went down and then slowly got up. Referee Dave Johnson stopped the fight after counting to eight.

After the ref called the fight off, Morrison celebrated the win by dropping to his knees and raising his hands upwards.

Earlier this week Morrison was quoted in the media over the test he passed to prove he was not HIV positive."Over the last two or three months, I've taken five, six different tests and continued to pass them," said Morrison who was quoted in the media, adding: "I did every kind of test they have on the market and one that is not even approved yet.

"They can't find any virus."
